2018 Update

Welcome back to my blog friends! I have been busy, swamped with all the things:
*life
*teaching
*my baby girl (now 18 months old)
*obtaining my principal certification
*where has time gone!!??!

I am hoping to start balancing it all a little better and bring you high quality ideas you can utilize in your bilingual classroom. I have so many projects in the works and hope to soon be able to share all the content I have planned. This February also marks my 4th year as a TpT seller!! Wooo what a fantastic ride this has been. 

A couple of things in the works:

1) #duallanguagespanishfun will be on instagram. Follow me @mmbilingual where a group of educators and I will be sharing posts from our classrooms and resources!

February Resources for the Bilingual Classroom

Hello everyone!! I am happy to be back with February resources to use in your bilingual classroom!

Students love to exchange Valentine Cards this time of the year and get excited about the cards and candy they receive. However, I wanted to make this experience a bit more meaningful for them. I created this Valentine Card on a card stock paper. Students rotate around the room writing an adjective or good characteristic for each student's card. When the students return to their desk, they get to read the nice comments left by their peers. They can also color it in and decorate. I send these to get laminated and they have a keepsake of this special day. You can download the template here or click the picture.
